Imp vintage Made in USA velvet/velour jon jon with buttons, size marked as 3T but fits 12m-24m. Dark, dark navy, could also pass for black. 18 inches from top of shoulder to bottom hem, 11.25 inches from pit to pit. Very good condition - no holes or stains.
